Data downloads

The records Our Clarke has released, as files you can download, check and reuse.

What is here

Only released records are in these files. A record held back because the person may be living, and anything still under review, is not included. Each dataset lists what it covers and what it leaves out, and every file has a SHA-256 checksum, so a copy can be checked against the published one. The site's complete released record, in the form its own pages read it, is at collection.json.

Datasets are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Where the records come from someone else's compilation, credit them as the dataset's README asks. Each publication is dated in its filenames, and earlier publications are kept unchanged under snapshots. The whole list is also available as manifest.json.

Genealogy

Record-level lists for family and local historians. Each opens in a spreadsheet. CSV and XLSX, one file per dataset.

All 251 released recipe cards of this dataset's two sources: 245 from the White Post Village Cook Book (1986) and 6 contributed to Our Clarke by Clarke cooks, each with its source page, yield, ingredients, directions, notes, rights basis and estimated macros.
    Not in
No card of either source is left out. The Our Clarke recipes page also carries 95 cards this dataset does not: 70 from Clarke County Cooks, and 25 read from other publishers' web pages. Each of those sources keeps its own credit and rights, which Our Clarke's compilation license does not cover. 15 values on 15 cards are withheld in place (14 scan_debris, 1 headnote) and marked in the state columns with a note. Macros are estimates, and 210 cards carry no totals (154 partial, 56 withheld) with the reason in macros_json. Pages 70 and 71 of the book are missing from the scan.
